The CAD drawings that were required for the build are listed below. The drawing can be displayed as a PDF by selecting the link. To load file into your Adobe Reader program right click the drawing and "save as" a document on your computer. Then select the file and open it into/with the Adobe PDF Reader.
FLOOR PLYWOOD AND 80/20
The original Transit vinyl floor was discarded. The low portion of the floor between the corragations was filled with 1/2" closed cell foam. Floor then covered with 1/8" mass loaded 1 lb. vinyl. 1/2" plywood was installed on top of the vinyl. ROOF FAN INSTALLATION
The Maxxair 6200K fan was installed at rear of vehicle. This drawing provides the details.

SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION
The single panel is a 300 watt LG300-N1C-B3. Four new holes were drilled through the roof for the four feet. Two 7/8" holes were punched through the roof for the cables.

The diagram shows all the hardware used and how it is wired. The electrical is a two inverter system. A 1000 watt pure sine house inverter/charger/transfer switch and a 1000 watt pure sine inverter powered by the Transit 12 volt system.

PASSENGER SEAT SWIVEL
A seat swivel was made using two 4 bolt 1 1/4"S flange bearings. Framework to support the two bearings was fabricated from waterjet cut 1/4" SS plates and 80/20. A 1/4" SS plate was bolted to the seat to attach seat to the vertical shaft.
